Your request must contain at least:
- A) Headline Complete name.
- B) Contain Email address or address to hear and receive notifications.
- C) The description clear and precise of the personal data with respect to which you search any of the ARCO rights.
- D) In case that you require the modification and/or the actualization of some personal data, you must precise de modification and/or the actualization that requires and the documents in which you motivate and sustains such a request.
- E) A document that accredits personality.
- For the purpose to accredit personality of the HEADLINE you should exhibit a photostatic copy or digitalized file of:
- a) Valid Voting credential
- b) Valid Passport
- c) Military card, less to 10 years of antiquity
- d) Driver's license

In case of acting through a legal representative, the Email at issue should be original attached or digitalized file, respectively, from a power of attorney card granted to two witnesses, before the date in which the revocation solicitation is made and, provide the identifications of the witnesses that would have been intervened, as it like, the legal representation one, in photostatic copies or digitalized files, according to the case, through any of the identifications before numbered.
In case that you request the modification and/or the updating of some personal data, simple copies or digitalized files of the documentation that prove the petition should be exhibited. When the Headline exercises an access right to your personal data, this one will be send by any electronic format, simple copies or printed formats to the address of the Email or address that there is indicated for that.
The deadline for this answer to your request will be 20 business days counted starting the day in which the written gather the requirements mentioned for its substantiation. The answer to every request will be sanded by Email to the account that it would have been indicated for such affection or the manifested address to hear and receive notifications.
